Dispatch and Delivery

  1. DELIVERY

 Estimated Delivery Dates: Depending on print products ordered, it takes an average of 3 to 5 working days to process, dispatch and deliver items within Abuja, and 6 to 9 working days for other cities.

Delivery Charges

For standard orders, the following delivery charges apply:

* Abuja – N500

* Other Cities – N3,000

Delivery Fulfillment

Ordered Products would be delivered by Courier to the delivery address that you provide. This will usually be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the Order Summary. We will deliver the ordered products in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process only. Delivery charges are calculated by Volumetric weight and according to the destination of the parcel.

For bulk orders, delivery charges will be calculated after the print work is completed and you will be notified by email for payment. Please note payment must be received first before the goods will be dispatched.

Custom Orders placed outside of Abuja may take 6 to 9 working days to fulfill and will have a separate delivery charge based on the weight and delivery distance of the order.

Special Order items may take a little longer for delivery but are generally delivered within 3 to 10 working days.

In the event of a holiday, deliveries may be delayed. We observe many federal holidays. We will be sure to keep you informed. However, if you are in an area that is observing a holiday and are unsure of your delivery date, please contact us.

Delivery Receiver

A contact person must be available to accept the delivery between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. This contact person must be available to sign and confirm the items they have ordered as part of the delivery.

Damaged Goods

If your order is being shipped via courier, please be aware that Kwatri has no control over the courier company. While we package the order properly in order to reduce the possibility of damage occurring during shipping, sometimes damage may still occur. When the courier arrives to deliver your package, please do the following:

* Do not sign for the package until you have inspected the state of the goods inside.

* If the goods are damaged, you can either: (A) choose to refuse the shipment, or (B) accept the shipment but write on the bill-of-lading that the goods were received in damaged condition.

* Either way, please contact us and provide specific details of the damage (providing photos of the damage would be very helpful).

 

  1. PAYMENTS

 PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Full payment is required for all orders before print production commences.

For special/ bulk orders, a non-refundable 50% deposit payment of the estimated cost has to be received before print production begins and, if a project is cancelled by “the client”, for whatever reason, the deposit will serve as a cancellation fee.

Dispatch

Full payment must always be completed in regards to a project or placed order, before the printed work will be dispatched for delivery to the address specified by the customer.

For special/ bulk orders, the remaining balance (in the case where a deposit was made) must be fully paid before the finished print works will be dispatched.

PAYMENT POLICIES

Graphic design is a professional service, not a restockable product or commodity – customers are billed for the time and expertise of our graphic designers, art/creative directors and project managers.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment can be made through Card Payment via the integrated web pay service on our website, Online Bank Transfer, Physical Bank Transaction, etc.

We do not accept Cash on Delivery payments.

 

  1. RETURN POLICY

Goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable. However, If we make a mistake on your print work, you can return them and we will print another one for you free of charge.

(Kindly note that free reprint only applies if we are at fault. We will not reprint free of charge if the error is caused due to wrong, incomplete or omitted information from the customer during the submission of content or the time of placing the order.)

 

OTHERS

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Kwatri shall under no circumstance be liable to user or any third party for any lost profits or lost opportunity, or any indirect, special, consequential, incidental or punitive damages whatsoever, from any application of the information provided within this site.

  1. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Nigeria for the resolution of any disputes.
